Placing Orders:
The best way to order from us is by e-mail
(you're online if you found us here!). Please specify the item number in your order. We
will confirm your order, the item price, shipping costs, etc., via e-mail.
Payment: We accept payment by Visa,
Mastercard, Money Order, or Personal Check*

Credit Card Orders:
We are happy to accept payment by credit card (Mastercard and VISA only). All charges are
processed through my day job at Virtual Business Systems and are subject to a 4% fee to
cover the cost of processing the order. If you're a non-US customer, you may also be
subject to additional charges from your card company to cover the cost of currency
conversion.
We participate in the AVS (address verification system) security program. We can only ship to the address at which you receive your credit card statement.
If you pay by credit card, your statement will reflect a charge by V-Biz Systems, not Air Diggers.
We do not have a secure page. The best way to send credit card information is to send a two-part e-mail. The first part should contain your name and the first 8 digits of your card. The second part should contain the last 8 digits and the expiration date. Please remember to label these e-mails as Part 1 and Part 2!
Personal Checks:
We will accept personal checks but shipment will be delayed until checks clear (about 5
business days). Bad checks are subject to a $30 fee (it's what my bank charges me for
someone else's bad check).
Money Orders:
Money Orders must be in US dollars. US Postal Money Orders ship immediately.
Other money orders will be held until they clear (if it's a brand we're familiar with,
shipment is immediate).
Returns:
All returns must be cleared by us prior to shipping. A five-day inspection period is given
for all items. Notification of intent to return an item must be received within 5 days of
receipt. The best means for notifying us is by e-mail. We will confirm your return
notification within 2 days. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent. We do
not refund postage costs or credit card processing fees.
Return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. Items lost or damaged enroute are the sender's responsibility. Do not risk loss. Use insurance.
Shipping:
We only charge the actual cost of shipping. The are no "handling"
charges tacked on. Insurance on shipments is optional, although highly
recommended. Please consider the following:
Although the likelihood of any item becoming lost or damaged is very remote, it is possible. Items shipped uninsured cease to be our responsibility once we drop them at the post office.
We make all attempts to ship upon receipt of payment (or after personal checks clear). However, like most people, I also have a full time day job which gobbles up far too much of my time. Lately, the only day I've been able to regularly ship items out has been Saturday. Please keep this in mind.
